As part of the Center’s Earth Month 2026 Celebration (Memo No. 343, s. 2026), the Green TVET Team, headed by Mr. Jonathan V Lopez, Green TVET Focal, and supported by Center Administrator Engr. Constantino B. Panes, Jr., Ed.D, conducted the Individual 6S Quarterly Evaluation for Q1 CY 2026 on April 28, 2026, one of the key green initiatives held throughout April 2026.
The activity opened with a judges’ briefing at the Seminar Room at 9:00 AM, covering evaluation mechanics and the use of the Individual 6S Evaluation Checklist. The checklist covers six 6S categories, specifically, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety, scored from 0 (No Effort) to 5 (Best Practice), and applies uniformly to all personnel regardless of role or area assignment.

Judges then conducted on-site evaluations across all assigned work areas, scoring each employee through direct observation and written remarks. The activity highlighted strengthening personal accountability and daily 6S discipline in line with the Center’s Green TVET mandate.
The Individual 6S Evaluation Checklist was administered to all concerned personnel across all work areas via Google Form, with judges encoding scores and remarks digitally, generating Q1 CY 2026 baseline 6S performance data.
