RTC-KPVTC Conducts Mid-Year Performance Assessment cum Catch-up Planning and STAR Post Performance Evaluation and Analysis

The Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center Davao, under the leadership of Center Administrator Engr. Constantino B. Panes Jr., recently held a highly productive Mid-Year Performance Assessment cum Catchup Planning and STAR Post Performance Evaluation and Analysis. The event took place at the stunning Leticia by the Sea in Sta. Cruz, Talicud Island, captivating attendees with its picturesque backdrop.

Around 90 dedicated personnel and staff members gathered for this significant event. The highlight of the assessment was the comprehensive presentation of accomplishment reports from various offices within the Training Center. These reports shed light on the progress made in different areas and paved the way for insightful discussions on strategies for improvement.

Furthermore, the catch-up plan for RTC-KPVTC Davao was meticulously discussed, ensuring that the center remains on track to achieve its goals and deliver exceptional vocational training. Additionally, the results of the recently concluded STAR Regional Validation were presented, providing valuable insights into the center’s performance and highlighting areas of excellence.

Amidst the discussions and evaluations, a heartwarming moment took place as certificates of recognition and appreciation were awarded to employees who demonstrated exemplary performance from January to May 2023. The ceremony served as a testament to the hard work and dedication exhibited by these outstanding individuals in their respective roles at RTC-KPVTC Davao.
