OPLAN KALINAW II: Strengthening Police-Community Relationship Towards Inclusive Growth Through Community Outreach

In a momentous event on May 26, 2023, at 7:00 AM, Phase 3 Gym, located in Narra Street, Purok 10-A, Barangay Sto. Niño, Tugbok District, Davao City, witnessed an inspiring display of community empowerment. The Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), in coordination with the PNP, conducted a Bread Making Leading to Bread and Pastry NC II training session as part of the OPLAN KALINAW II initiative, which aims to strengthen the police-community relationship through community outreach.

Under the expert guidance of Ms. Rosemay Maningo, an experienced trainer, the Bread Making Leading to Bread and Pastry NC II training session provided participants with valuable culinary skills. Carefully selected by the PNP, the trainees represented the diverse members of the community, highlighting the inclusive nature of the program.

The selection of bread making as the training topic was intentional, as it offered a practical skill set that could be easily transformed into income-generating opportunities.
