Training Induction Program Conducted for Motorcycle Small Engine System Leading to Motorcycle Small Engine Services NCII

On September 28, 2023, the Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center, (RTC KorPhil), Davao took a significant step towards empowering the residents of Panacan, Davao City, by conducting a Training Induction Program (TIP) for Motorcycle Small Engine System Leading to Motorcycle Small Engine Services NC II (MSES NCII). This program was made possible through the STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) scholarship and saw the participation of fifteen (15) eager and aspiring individuals. Spearheaded by Mr. Jestony P. Aprong, RTC KorPhil Scholarship Focal, and led by the MSES Trainer, Mr. Jay Mark B. Nuevo, the training aims to equip the participants with essential skills for a promising career in motorcycle small engine services.

In today’s rapidly evolving job market, having specialized skills is crucial for individuals seeking sustainable employment opportunities. The Motorcycle Small Engine Services NC II program offered by RTC KorPhil is designed to meet this demand by providing participants with hands-on training in motorcycle small engine repair and maintenance.
