RTC-KPVTC, Davao Holds Graduation Ceremony for NSTP-CWTS Trainees

The Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), Davao celebrated the culmination of its National Service Training Program – Civic Welfare Training Service (NSTP-CWTS) with a graduation ceremony held on June 30, 2025, at the Training Center’s Multipurpose Hall.

The ceremony honored the trainees’ successful completion of their civic welfare training, which focused on community engagement, social responsibility, and nation-building. The event brought together trainees, faculty members, and community partners in a celebration of service and achievement.

The program began with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and an invocation, followed by welcome remarks from Center Administrator Engr. Constantino B. Panes Jr., Ed.D., who emphasized the importance of volunteerism and active citizenship in nation-building.

Barangay Captain Merjade D. Calvo, representing the partner community, also delivered a message of support, expressing her gratitude to the trainees and RTC-KPVTC, Davao, for their contribution to local development initiatives.

A highlight of the ceremony was the Awarding of Certificates to NSTP-CWTS completers and the partner barangay, in recognition of their cooperation and active participation throughout the academic year.

An audio-visual presentation showcasing the trainees’ activities and community projects during their NSTP journey was shown, followed by a photo opportunity capturing the proud faces of the graduates and their mentors.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Edison C. Tasic, NSTP Focal of RTC-KPVTC, Davao, congratulated the graduates and reminded them that civic duty continues beyond the classroom.

With this graduation, RTC-KPVTC, Davao reaffirms its commitment to developing not only skilled workers but also socially responsible individuals who are ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities and the nation.
