Gathering the regular employees in the virtual room, the Competency Assessment and Certification System (CACS) office of RTC-KorPhil Davao rendered a reorientation session tackling the Role of TESDA Representative (TRep) during the National Assessment.
Started 1:30 pm today, March 24, the session delivered by CACS focal Ms. Perla M. Ojeda is gunned to reorient the regular employees on the critical role of TRep to maintain the integrity of the assessment procedure.
As per guidelines, only regular employees are allowed to become TRep who will check that the assessor has the Letter of Appointment, the assessment started on time and is done according to standard operating procedures, the documents are accomplished and submitted promptly, the complaints are handled properly, among other related functions of the assessor stipulated in the Report of Assessment Proceedings.
By the numbers, RTC-KorPhil Davao has 34 TReps who will be rotating alphabetically to function as watchdog during the assessment.
