Last July 28-29, 2022, the Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KorPhil) Davao held their Mid-Year Performance Assessment (MYPA) 2022 cum Teambuilding at Langoyon Beach Resort, Brgy. Baculin, Baganga, Davao Oriental.
The purpose of this two-day event was to showcase the successes of each training center division from January to June 2022. Trainings, scholarship programs, and other significant topics were displayed.
Also, RTC-KorPhil Davao employees carried out several activities (e.g., volleyball) at Langoyon Beach Resort to ensure that they would achieve the goal of teambuilding and strengthen and deepen the bond between each employee.
Upon arrival at the Municipality of Baganga, the RTC-KorPhil Davao personnels and Center Administrator Engr. Constantino B. Panes Jr. visited the municipal mayor’s office of Hon. Ronald V. Lara. They discussed important matters that would benefit the residents of Baganga (e.g., scholarship programs and community trainings).
In addition to the success of this event, TESDA and the Municipality of Baganga had opened doors of opportunities for developing future Techno and Agri-preneurs, trainers, and workers.
