The Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC) Davao successfully held the distribution of starter toolkits for sixty-two (62) scholar graduates under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) on July 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM in its Multipurpose Hall, in Brgy. Tibungco, Davao City.
The toolkits were awarded to graduates of the following qualifications:

The event marked a significant milestone in the scholars’ transition from training to livelihood, as the starter kits aim to support their entry into employment or entrepreneurship within their respective industries.

The distribution was led by the District Director of TESDA Davao City, Director Novielita A. Dispo, the Center Administrator of RTC-KPVTC Davao, Engr. Constantino B. Panes, Jr., and Scholarship Focal, Mr. Joie Vincent R. Dagohoy served as the host of the program. The Office of Congressman Vincent J. Garcia, also attended the occasion, represented by Mr. Sherwin Manual, further demonstrating their steadfast support in advancing technical-vocational education and championing skills development and community empowerment.

RTC-KPVTC Davao reaffirmed its commitment to producing skilled workers and providing opportunities for sustainable employment through quality training and post-training support.
