RTC-KPVTC Davao conducted a seminar on “Human Behavior in Organizations and Work Ethics” on January 22, 2025, at the Regional Training Center–Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), Davao, as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen professional development among trainers and staff.
Ms. Cecilia Torino Briones, MPS, a respected expert in organizational behavior and ethics, served as the keynote speaker. Drawing from her extensive experience, she delivered an engaging and insightful session that highlighted the value of understanding workplace behavior, nurturing positive relationships, and upholding ethical standards in professional settings.
Trainers and staff of RTC-KorPhil, Davao actively participated in the seminar, joining discussions and activities aimed at enhancing interpersonal skills and ethical decision-making.
